Ideal for users who require special tripod head functionality like fluid pan and tilt for video. Simply replace the Compact Ball Head with the Universal Head Adapter (using included hex wrench), and then screw your 3rd party tripod head on top.

What is a Pre-Order Collective?
A Pre-Order is an order you make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. A Pre-Order is an idea that came from consumer's high demands for a product not available at our website. A Pre-Order Collective is similar to Pre-Order but with the condition that a certain order requirement, usually a minimum quantity ordered, must be met before it can push thru.
How does the Pre-Order Collective work?
Just like any Pre-Order, place your order and checkout. At the end of the Pre-Order campaign (October 25), we will tally the total orders if they have met the order requirement. If the requirement is met, the campaign pushes through. If it does not, we will issue a refund of your payment (certain conditions apply, read further).
Am I guaranteed to get the item on the promised availability date?
We try our best to meet the timeline promised. However, there are instances when we cannot avoid unforeseen delays. These are usually due to either supply chain or freight issues. For these instances, we will make sure to update you. A buffer period of 2 weeks is usually allowed for the unforeseen delays. If the delay is more than 120 days, the client has the option to cancel or modify his order.
Do I pay full for my Pre-Order?
Yes, you will pay your pre-order in full.
What if the "Pre-order Collective" does not push-thru, will I be able to get a total refund?
Yes, should the "Pre-Order Collective" not push thru, we will issue a refund via bank transfer/deposit for all payment methods. For credit card payments, we will not be able to reverse your payment, and we will only refund your payment minus 4% which covers the card service fee. Our finance team will coordinate with you to arrange this.
Do you charge my credit card at the time of pre-order or when the item ships?
We charge your credit card for the full amount at the time of pre-order.
Can I cancel or modify a pre-order?
Once an order is made, it cannot be canceled or modified. So please check your order carefully before placing them.
What happens if I place a pre-order for multiple items that arrived at different dates?
We try our best to consolidate your orders. In the event that the items you order arrived on different dates, especially if they are far apart, we will ship them separately at our expense, as long as the items are eligible for free shipping.How long will it take to ship out my pre-order once an item arrives? We begin filling pre-orders within 24-48 business hours upon the availability of the items. Orders are processed chronologically.
